1. Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding Canadian statutory holidays. Processing typically takes 1 to 3 business days from the date your order is placed. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, containing a tracking number.
2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5 to 8 business days from the shipment date.
- Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2 to 3 business days from the shipment date.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances. We are not responsible for delays beyond our control.
3. Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and the shipping destination. Rates will be displayed before you complete your purchase. Taxes and duties are not included in shipping rates.
4. Delivery Area
We currently ship to addresses within Canada and the United States. For international orders, please contact us for a shipping quote. International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and brokerage fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient. Please check with your local customs office for more information.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your shipment using the carrier’s website. If you have not received your tracking information within 5 business days, please contact us.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages
- Lost Packages: If your package is marked “Delivered” but you have not received it, please check with your local post office or neighbors. If it is still missing, please contact us within 5 business days of the “Delivered” status.
- Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please take photographs and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund.
